Understanding Your Financial Statements

 

Accounting? Finances? Yes! As a business owner, reviewing and understanding your financial statements provides valuable insights about your company. This serves as a meaningful map to make business decisions. Attend 1, 2, or all 3 of this 3-part webinar series. Attendance is free but registration is required and limited.

Greg is uniquely qualified to instruct these courses as he is also responsible for the overall financial management of the Santa Fe Business Incubator (SFBI) and served as Assistant Professor at Santa Fe Community College for 12 years.

Introduction to the three types of Financial Statements including Cash vs. Accrual accounting and Balance Sheets. Plus Q&A.

Session 2:
INCOME STATEMENT & RATIO ANALYSIS
May 13 (Friday): 10:00–11:30 am

Topics include: Income Statements, Operating Revenues, Operating Expenses, and Other Income and Expenses. Plus Q&A.

Session 3:
CASH FLOW
May 20 (Friday) 10:00–11:30 am

Topics include: Operating Activities, Investing Activities, and Financing Activities. Plus Q&A.
